Ultimately you need to apply CFA for your questionnaire. EFA will give you an idea about the existence of sub factors in your questionnaire. Don’t be so much frustrated if you see too many factors in EFA. Check the covariance between the factors and try to group your factors. Run CFA with those groups as sub factors but it must be supported by the theory.
